Pastor Tracy and Kathi Vining

Tracy Vining
Senior Pastor

Pastor Tracy was born in Los Angeles. As the son of a Marine Corps fighter pilot, he lived in many places throughout the USA. He received a BA and MBA from the University of Southern California. He and his wife, Kathi, have been married for 35 years and have three grown children and a grandchild.

In 1991, Tracy felt a call to enter the ministry and began attending Fuller Seminary. After receiving his Master of Divinity degree he was ordained as a Minister of the Word and Sacrament in the Presbyterian Church, USA. He first served as Associate Pastor for Adult Ministry at John Knox Presbyterian Church in Dublin, CA. In 2003, he was called as Pastor and Head of Staff of Community Presbyterian Church of Cambria and has been faithfully serving his congregation since that time. He is especially gifted in caring for the sick and shut-ins and in delivering heart-felt, meaningful sermons each week.

Pastor's favorite pastimes are fishing, skiing, riding Jackson, his horse, through the scenic Cambria hills, running his 3 dogs and fighting on for "Old SC". In quieter moments, he enjoys cooking, reading and playing his guitar.
